What Add-in are you using?
Unfortunately, this functionality is not available in the Office 365 Add-in.
Vevox's legacy PowerPoint Add-in works seamlessly in PowerPoint to ensure that you can use the same PowerPoint designs & layout that you are accustomed to.
In many instances, it is helpful for the presenter or hosts to see the number of participants that have voted as it gives a good indication of the level of interaction. This level of interaction can be displayed in different ways in the data label types.
Within the legacy PowerPoint Add-in, you can select four different data label types.
Follow these steps to change the data label types:
Select the 'Display Options' from the PowerPoint ribbon.
From the 'Display Options' menu on the right-hand side of your slide, select the data label type drop-down menu.
The four different choices are:
% - Shows the number of votes as a percentage.
123 - Shows the actual number of votes.
% (123) - Shows the number of votes as a percentage followed by the actual number of votes.
123 (%) - Shows the actual number of votes followed by the number of votes as a percentage.
The data label type will appear next to the voting results bar.
