Changing Your Password
If you're logged into your Vevox account, you can change your password in the dashboard, in the main menu.
Click on Profile settings in the main menu. Click on the 'Change Password' button.
Enter your current password, followed by your new password, then click Save.
To reset your password:
How you reset your password depends on how you originally signed up for Vevox. There are three login options:
- Direct Vevox login – Using your email and password.
- SSO login (incl. Microsoft and LTI) – Signing in through your company or institution Single Sign-On. Also signing in with your Microsoft account or if you authenticate through LTI.
- Authentication code login – Used in some situations for accessing the PowerPoint Add-in or Teams App.
Option 1: Reset Your Password (Direct Vevox Login)
If you've forgotten your password and can't log in:
Click "Forgot Password" on the Vevox login screen.
Enter your email address to receive a reset link.
Check your inbox (and spam/junk folder) for the email from hello@vevox.com.
Follow the link to create a new password.
Still not receiving the reset email?
- Ensure emails from hello@vevox.com aren’t blocked.
- If needed, ask your IT team to whitelist this email.
- If you signed up with Microsoft or SSO, see Option 2—you won’t receive a reset email from Vevox.
Option 2: Reset Your Password (Microsoft or SSO Login)
If you signed in with Single Sign-On (SSO), Microsoft or through LTI, you cannot reset your password via Vevox. Instead, reset it through your SSO provider, Microsoft or LMS provider:
- For Microsoft login, visit Microsoft password reset
- For Office 365 Business login, visit Office password reset
When logging in with SSO, you’ll be redirected to your company’s login portal after entering your email. If you need to reset your password, contact your IT department.
Do not click "Forgot Password" on the Vevox login screen—you will not receive a reset email.
Option 3: Reset Your Password (Authentication Code Login)
It is not possible to reset your password if you used the Authentication Code method to login.
