Bot: Vevox now offers our own VoxBot to dish up help articles and point you in the right direction. The bot is accessible from the website as well as the help site – in the bottom right-hand corner. If the bot can’t assist, you will automatically be directed to the Live chat with a customer success team agent.

Social Media: Our social media channels are used for Vevox and the customers community to share insights and news. They are not monitored to respond to support issues therefore we do not recommend using them for this purpose.
