Live Chat & VoxBot: Vevox now offers our own VoxBot to dish up help articles and point you in the right direction. The bot is accessible from the website and the help site – in the bottom right-hand corner. Or in the dashboard under the Help section (search under the question mark in the top right-hand corner). If the bot can’t assist, you will automatically be directed to the Live chat with a customer success team agent.
