The host messages or announcements send from the hosts to the Q&A board, can be set up by doing the following:
When you are logged in, select Q&A from the navigation menu.
You can set up a new host message from:
- Any of the message lists (Needs review, Reviewed, Published or Archived) when the ‘Moderation ON’ feature is selected.
- Or any of the message lists (Published or Archived) when the ‘Moderation OFF’ feature is selected.
Type your message in the text box and press ‘Send’. Your message will immediately be sent to participants devices and show in Present & PowerPoint view on a black background.
