A meeting list is a list where all your meetings have been set up together in your dashboard. When you are looking for a previous meeting, be it a polling meeting, survey or quiz – it will all be grouped together in this meeting list location.
After your meeting has been set up and edits done within the dashboard, you can reach your meeting list. Simply click on the 'home icon' in the top left-hand corner of your dashboard.
The meeting list gives an overview of your previous & current meetings. From the meeting list it is easy to see what the current meeting status is whether it is in waiting mode, has it been started or has it been stopped.
Each meeting is called a meeting card and can easily be changed & edited from within the meeting list.
A meeting card provides a quick summary of the specific meeting details.
- The meeting status.
- How many participants are taking part in the polling.
- How many Q&A comments have been received.
- How many Q&A comments have been up-voted or liked.
When you hover over a meeting card, it provides a shortcut to view the meeting details, or invite participants. When the meeting is already started, it takes you straight to present view. When a meeting is in waiting or stop mode, it will give you a shortcut to view the data report.
You can select the options menu (three dots) next to the meeting name to:
- Change the meeting settings
- Duplicate the meeting
- Invite participants or
- Delete the meeting
