Want to renew your Vevox license but your credit card has expired? Vevox license renewals happen automatically when your credit card details are up to date. If your card has expired, you must manually update it before renewal can occur. Remember: you will always get a three-month Vevox license renewal email reminder and a one-month email reminder.
To renew your credit card details:
Once you have logged into your Vevox dashboard, click on the profile icon in the top right corner. A drop down menu will appear. Choose the 'Billing details' option.
Then select the ‘Payment Methods’ option. From here you can change your primary card details, add another card or delete a card.
Once you have entered your credit card details, make sure to ‘Save’ it. Your details will now reflect the new credit card information.
The payment will be deducted automatically from your credit card or when it is due at a later stage.
