Editing your announcements:
If you made a spelling or grammar error or you want to amend your message, press the 'more options' (three dots) next to the message. The message can then be changed as needed. Press the ‘Correction mark’ to publish the changes. The amended message will now appear on the Q&A board.
Archiving & Deleting your announcement:
If you would like to remove your announcement from the Q&A message board, you can either delete the message or move your message to the archive.
If you wish to permanently delete the message select the 'Delete' option after you have selected the 'more options' (three dots) next to the message.
A safer alternative would be to select the ‘Archive’ option where the message will be archived and appear in the data reporting. In both instances, the host message will immediately disappear from the Q&A board.
