Why can't I see all the features – Vevox helpsite

Vevox offers different industry sector packages depending on your plan. If you're using a FREE ACCOUNT, you’ll have access to essential features but will miss out on several premium features & options.

1. Free Account

With a Free Account, you can host sessions with up to 100 participants.

You will have access for 1 user with:

Unlimited basic multi-choice polling, quizzing and Q&A
Microsoft Teams and PowerPoint integrations
Online help and support

However, the following features are not available:

Advanced poll types: Word clouds, text polls, ranking polls, rating polls, numeric polls, and XY rating polls
Enhanced polling options: Using images in polls and access to the image library
Surveys & quizzes: Self-paced quizzes and surveys
Q&A management: Moderation and sorting
Customization: Personalizing the look & feel of Vevox
Data & reporting: Downloadable reports and shareable infographics
Webcast integrations: Additional integrations beyond Microsoft Teams, Zoom & Webex (you can still screen-share with Zoom, Skype, Webex, etc.)
Concurrent sessions: Running multiple sessions at once

2. Starter Account

The Starter Account increases your participant limit to 250 but still has some feature restrictions.

You will have access for 1 user with:

All of the Free account features plus more polling types: word cloud, numeric, rating polls, text polls and more.
Using images in polls
Surveys and data exports
Live chat and online support

The following are not included:

Advanced poll types: XY rating polls, ranking polls, pin-on-image polls, before and after comparisons, demographic segmentation, number clouds and multi-choice image polls
Q&A management: Moderation and sorting
Customization: Personalizing the look & feel of Vevox
Webcast integrations: Additional integrations beyond Microsoft Teams, Webex & Zoom (screen-sharing is still available)
Concurrent sessions (for Education users)
