The above image is an online Christmas quiz in a Teams meeting.
In this article we cover:
- What do participants see from the audience display screen
- What do participants see on their mobile devices
- The participant device displays
1. From the audience display screen
During a quiz, participants will see the quiz questions displayed on the audience display screen, which can be a big screen or a computer screen, depending on whether the event is live or online. (The Vevox audience display is called Present view.)
A host can also display a speed leaderboard, a standard/individual leaderboard(the default) or a team leaderboard to their participants anytime during or after a quiz. The leaderboard will be shared on the audience display screen. (Note that this leaderboard is different than the individual leaderboard that is displayed on participant mobile devices.)

2. On their mobile devices
The quiz questions and voting instructions will also appear on their mobile devices. This ensures an easy flow when completing the quiz.
When the host selects the trophy icon next to the control bar to display the leaderboard, participants see either an individual or team leaderboard on their mobile devices. This shows their quiz performance and how they compare to the group or teams. When the host selects the speed scoring option, a speed scoreboard will display, indicating the total time it took to answer all the quiz questions. The left image represents the Standard leaderboard, while the right shows the Speed leaderboard.
Team leaderboards display the team rankings along with the team each participant belongs to.
The participant device displays:
- Your individual or your team position in the leaderboard.
- The number of questions you answered correctly.
- The total number of participants.
- The average score of all participants.
- In addition, the speed leaderboard displays the cumulative time you have taken to answer all the polls and the names of the three fastest respondents, and times to answer the polls correctly.
