Want to renew your Vevox license but your credit card has expired? Vevox license renewals happen automatically when your credit card details are up to date. If your card has expired, you must manually update it before renewal can occur. Remember: you will always get a two-month Vevox license renewal email reminder and a one-month email reminder.
To renew your credit card details:
Once you have logged into your Vevox dashboard, click on the profile icon at the top right corner. A drop-down menu will appear. Select the 'Billing details' option.
Then select the ‘Payment Methods’ option. You can change your primary card details, add another card, or delete a card.
;You will only see the ‘Billing details’ option under your profile if you have previously paid with a credit card. You will not see it if you have a Free account or previously paid via invoice. (If you want to change from paying via invoice to paying via credit card, please email us at support@vevox.com, and our helpful customer success team will assist.)
Once you have entered your credit card details, make sure to ‘Save’ it. Your details will now reflect the new credit card information.
The payment will be deducted automatically from your credit card or when it is due at a later stage.
