How much does Vevox cost?
We have different plans to best suit your needs. Our three main categories include:

What plan do I need?
First-time users
If you are new to Vevox and not sure what features you will be using we suggest you sign up for a Free account (limited features). A free plan offers unlimited multichoice & latex polling, and Q&A, quizzes & leaderboards for up to 100 participants that are joining your session. Complementary is the Microsoft Teams integration and the Powerpoint Add-in.
If you are keen on using all the features, but not yet convinced, talk to our friendly customer success team that will help set up a pilot account for a period. Email them at support@vevox.com.
Once-off events (valid for 7 days):
At Vevox we believe in fair pricing. For this reason, we also offer Single Event package plans that are reasonable and fairly priced. These packages include all Vevox features & functionality, branding & theming, unlimited sessions, surveys, webcast integrations as well as access to reporting. The package is valid for 7 days.

Repeat usage for individuals
The affordable Business and Education Starter plans are set up for independent users with up to 250 participants. Both plans offer additional polling types (like word could, star rating, numeric and open text) Q&A, live quizzes, self-paced quizzes, surveys, analytics & reporting. Images can be included in polls or make use of our image library. Access to our Microsoft Integration. Support includes Live chat and an online Help site. Plans are billed on an annual basis upfront with a 30-day money-back guarantee.
Repeat usage for smaller number of users
Vevox recently introduced a special Presenter plan for Business accounts - allowing up to 1000 participants for one user, including Q&A moderation, all polling types (including the new ranking poll) and customization or theming of the app and Presenter view.
Recommending our Professional plan for 2 users for a Business account or 1 user for an Educational account with up to 1,500 participants each. These plans offer you everything your individual/ team needs, to integrate, collaborate & engage with your audience or participants. With full access to all polling types ( including XY Plot, Pin on image & Multichoice on image), Q&A moderation, labeling and sorting, quizzing and with customization & all webcast integration. The Educational Pro plan includes concurrent sessions as well. Vevox support includes a 1 on 1 online masterclass, Phone/email support as well as Live chat and Help site documents. You will be charged per user annually upfront and has a 30-day money-back guarantee. Additional users can be added to the Pro package.
Repeat usage for large number of users
Growing your user base with Enterprise or Institution plans with up to 5,000 participants and 3+ users. We assist with Enterprise/Institutional implementation for compliance, customization, control & cost saving. This includes easy access with SAML SSO (Single sign-on), priority support, white-label apps, account analytics, and VLE (virtual learning environment) integration. This package also offers account administration with roles & permission set up. Only pay for active users (a user that has used Vevox at least once during the year) with our fair price policy.
Included are premium onboarding, support, and a dedicated customer success manager.
How do I pay for Vevox?
No credit card or payment information is required for Free accounts.
For any Starter, Presenter, Pro or Single Event plan, you can get immediate access when you fill in your contact details and pay via credit card annually upfront.
Institution & Enterprise plans will request billing information and we will send an annual invoice to your inbox.
Do you offer charity and non-profit pricing?
Vevox actively supports many charitable and good causes and will always consider any requests from these organizations. Please complete the contact form with your request and we will respond.
Does Vevox offer educational pricing?
At Vevox education is at the heart of our business whether it is synchronous or asynchronous learning. We have adjusted our pricing plans to make it as reasonable as possible to afford quality interaction in the education environment. Our education plans are geared towards individual lecturers, small departments as well as larger institution setups. How does the enterprise plan work?
Representing your company requires professional systems and support. Vevox enterprise plans offer everything your team needs to integrate polling, Q&A and quizzing into ANY meeting ANY time ANY where. How do I renew my license?
Renewing your Vevox license is easy. There are two scenarios depending on the payment plan you have chosen.
1. If you have signed up and paid with a credit card
When you signed up, your Vevox plan with annual license will renew automatically. You will receive a 3 month renewal email reminder as well as a one month renewal email reminder. No need to action if you would like to continue with your Vevox plan. The payment will be deducted automatically from your credit card in the renewal month. If your credit card has expired, you will be asked to update your new credit card details. Should you wish to cancel your subscription, please give us a 30-day written notice.
2. If you have signed up and paid via invoice
When you signed up, your Vevox plan with annual license will renew automatically. You will receive a 3-month renewal email reminder as well as a one-month renewal email reminder. No need to action if you would like to continue with your Vevox plan. We will send you an annual invoice with payment details. If you wish to cancel your subscription, please give us a 30-day written notice.
If you have signed up for a Free plan you do not need to renew your license. If your account has been dormant for 3 months or more, Vevox reserves the right to terminate the unused account.
How do I upgrade my account?
Log in to your account, then select the 'Account' tab at the top left-hand side. Your current plan will be highlighted. Select the new relevant plan by clicking the upgrade button. You will be asked to supply your billing information and credit card details. Alternatively, contact our helpful customer success team at hello@vevox.com.
How is my upgraded subscription amount calculated?
When you upgrade from a Starter to a Presenter/Pro plan, the subscription start date remains the same and the price for the Presenter/Pro plan is calculated pro-rated to cover the remaining amount left on the billing cycle. For example:
If a user signs up for a Starter plan in Jan 2022, and they upgrade in March 2022 to a Professional plan, the user would be charged for 9 month pro-rated amount for the upgrade (taking into consideration the amount they have already paid for the Starter plan). Our finance system does all the working out and will show all the calculations to the user during the upgrade process.
Do you offer procurement support?
Yes, our account managers will assist the procurement process. We also have an experienced team, both commercial and technical, that will make it an easy process for your procurement department.
When does my plan expire?
If you're on a one-time plan, such as the Standard or Large Conference plan, you can check your plan’s expiration date in the account section at the top right of the dashboard. All other plans will renew automatically.
How to stop my subscription
New customers: We want delighted customers only… if Vevox is not what you expected or hoped you can contact us within 30 days of purchase for a FULL refund by filling in this form and adding a note in the description to request a refund.
