This feature is only available to Pro Plan users.
If you're on the Pro Plan, you might want to:
- Invite colleagues to host sessions
- Collaborate with your team
- Let others create or edit polls and surveys
- Assign moderators for Q&A sessions
If you've paid for your Pro Plan—or upgraded to it—using a credit card, you can buy additional Vevox user licenses online at any time. These licenses will be active immediately after purchase.
Not on a Pro Plan?
- Free or Starter Plan: You’ll need to upgrade to a Pro Plan before purchasing additional licenses.
- Institutional or Enterprise Plan: Contact your Vevox Account Executive or email support@vevox.com to purchase additional licenses.
To check your current plan, click the profile icon in your Vevox dashboard. Your plan will be shown in the dropdown.

How to purchase additional licenses from the dashboard
From your main menu, select Users and then choose ’Purchase more licenses.’ (You can see that you have one user registered out of two licenses available, as a Business Pro plan has two user licenses included. An Education Pro plan has only one user included.)
You’ll see a summary of your plan and the annual cost. Press the ‘Add Addons’ button.
Tick the Additional Dashboard User checkbox. A confirmation will appear showing the cost per additional user:
- Business Pro: £252 / €299.40 / $299.40 / AUD 467.40
- Education Pro: £150 / €173.40 / $179.40 / AUD 269.40
Then press the ‘Add (1)’ blue button. (You can adjust the quantity in the next step.)

Use the plus icon to add more licenses as needed. For example, adding 3 extra licenses to a Business Pro plan (with 2 included) brings the total to 5 licenses. A billing summary will display at the bottom—click the arrow to expand it.
Review your order. In this example, 3 extra licenses cost $898.20, payable immediately. On the next billing cycle, you will be charged for a Pro plan plus an additional 3 licenses.
Return to the order by clicking on ‘Your order summary’ at the
top. Now select the blue button ‘Update subscription'
to complete the purchase. Your credit card will be charged.
You’ll receive an invoice by email for your additional licenses.
Charges are pro-rated for the remainder of your current billing
period.
Back in the Users tab, you’ll see your updated license count. For example, if you’ve added 3 more licenses to your Business Pro plan, you’ll see 1 user registered out of 5 licenses.
If you’re on a plan with unlimited users, the license count won’t be shown.

How to purchase additional licenses when upgrading to a Pro plan
If you already know you’ll need more users, you can add them at the same time as upgrading to the Pro Plan. The process is the same—just tick the Additional Dashboard User box during your upgrade. The total will be added to your new plan cost.
Removing licenses from your Vevox account
If you've bought extra licenses but want to reduce them, note that:
- Changes take effect only at your next billing cycle (annual renewal).
- You won’t be refunded for unused time.
- You’ll only be billed for the reduced number of licenses at your next renewal.
To reduce your number of licenses, do the following:
From your account dropdown, choose ‘Billing details.’ This shows your current plan and charges.
Click on the actual plan and then select ‘Edit Subscription Details.’ You'll see a breakdown of:
- Included users (e.g., 2 for Business Pro)
- Any additional users (e.g. 3 additional users = 5 users in total)
Use the minus icon to reduce your additional user count. For example, reducing 2 out of 3 added users will bring the total to 3 users (2 included + 1 extra).
Your next renewal amount and date will be updated below. Click the arrow to see the full breakdown.
Click 'Update subscription' to confirm. You can view your amended number of licenses under the ‘View scheduled changes’ to confirm your next billing amount at the end of your subscription cycle.
Note that no refunds will be issued. Only the number of licenses will be reduced.
