When logged in to your Vevox account you can change your password from the profile menu.
- Click on the profile icon in the top right of the screen (this icon should contain your initials)
- When the menu is expanded, click on the change password option
- Enter your existing password followed by the new password you wish to use and then press 'save'.
Alternatively, if you have forgotten your password and can't log in to your account you can reset the password by clicking on the 'forgot password' link on the Vevox login screen.
Entering your email address here will trigger a password reset email. Follow the link in this email and you will be prompted to provide a new password to access your account.
Note: If you are using the Microsoft login method or using Single Sign On then you won't be able to reset these passwords. Password changes for these will have to be reset from those platforms e.g. your Microsoft account or SSO provider which is typically managed by your company or Institution.
