If you wish to delete your Vevox account - note that this is permanent. Do ensure that you first download all the data reports that you might need.
Deleting your account will:
- Delete all your sessions in your account
- Will prevent other users in your account from accessing it (if you are the Account admin)
- Will delete all your personal data from the Vevox database
Can't Find the Delete Option?
If you have a paid subscription (credit card payment), you won’t be able to delete your account until your active subscription expires or is canceled.
Here’s what you need to know:

For active subscriptions, you must cancel your subscription before deleting your account.
- If you purchased within the last 30 days, you can cancel immediately, and then delete your account.
- If your purchase was more than 30 days ago, your subscription will be canceled at the end of your current term, and you cannot delete your account until then.
- For annual invoice payments, please contact us at hello@vevox.com to request account deletion.
