How much does Vevox cost?
We have different plans to best suit your needs. Our three main categories include:
- Single Event (Standard & Large package plans)
- Business (Free account, Individual, Team & Enterprise plans)
- Education (Free account, Individual, Department & Institution plans)

What plan do I need?
If you are new to Vevox and not sure what features you will be using we suggest you sign up for a Free account (limited features). If you are from an education institution choose the Education Free Plan with up to 100 participants. All other users should use the Business Free Plan with up to 500 participants. A free plan offers unlimited basic polling, word clouds and Q&A.
If you are keen on using all the features, but not yet convinced, talk to our friendly customer success team that will help set up a pilot account for a period. Email them at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once off events (valid for 7 days):
At Vevox we believe in fair pricing. For this reason, we also offer Single Event package plans that are reasonable and fairly priced. Both package plans offer full features usage. The Standard package plan caters for up to 3 users/presenters and 1,500 participants. The Large package plan caters for 4-10 users/presenters and up to 10,000 participants.
Repeat usage for individuals
The Business and Education Individual plans are set up for independent users with up to 1,500 participants. Both plans offer the full features on polling types, Q&A, quizzes, surveys, analytics & reporting. Plans are billed on an annual basis upfront.
Repeat usage for small number of users
Offering an affordable option for 2+ users for Business plan or 5+ users for Department plan with up to 1,500 participants each. These plans offer you everything your team/ department needs, to integrate & collaborate with Polling, Q&A, quizzing and running concurrent sessions with customization & webcast integration. You will be charged per user annually.
Repeat usage for large number of users
Growing your user base with Enterprise or Institution plans with up to 5,000 participants. We assist with an Organizational/Institutional implementation for compliance, customization, control & cost saving. This includes easy access with SSO (single sign-on), priority support, white-label apps, account analytics, and VLE (virtual learning environment) integration. Only pay for active users (a user that has used Vevox at least once during the year) with our fair price policy.
How do I pay for Vevox?
No credit card or payment information is required for Free accounts.
For any Individual plan or the Single Event Standard plan, you can get immediate access when you fill in your contact details and pay via credit card.
All other plans will request billing information and we will send an annual invoice to your inbox.
Does Vevox offer plans for single once-off events?
Yes, we do! You can either use the Standard Single Event package plan for 3 users/presenters and up to 1,500 participants.
Our Large Single Event package plan can include up to 10x users/presenters and up to 10,000 participants.
Does Vevox offer charity or NFP pricing?
No, charity or NFP (Not For Profit) companies will need to sign up for either business plans, or single event (standard or large) package plans.
Does Vevox offer educational pricing
At Vevox education is at the heart of our business whether it is synchronous or asynchronous learning. We have adjusted our pricing plans to make it as reasonable as possible to afford quality interaction in the education environment. Our education plans are geared towards individual lecturers, small departments as well as larger institution set up. How does the enterprise plan work?
Representing your company requires professional systems and support. Vevox enterprise plans offer everything your team needs to integrate Polling, Q&A and quizzing into ANY meeting ANY time ANY where. The enterprise plan allows for organization-wide implementation for compliance, control and cost saving. Contact our sales team for more information.

How do I renew my license?
Renewing your Vevox license is easy. There are two scenarios depending on the payment plan you have chosen.
1. If you have signed up and paid with a credit card
When you signed up, your Vevox plan with annual license will renew automatically. You will receive a 3 month renewal email reminder as well as a one month renewal email reminder. No need to action if you would like to continue with your Vevox plan. The payment will be deducted automatically off your credit card in the renewal month. If your credit card has expired, you will automatically be asked to update your new credit card details. Should you wish to cancel your subscription, please give us a 30-day written notice.
2. If you have signed up and paid via invoice
When you signed up, your Vevox plan with annual license will renew automatically. You will receive a 3-month renewal email reminder as well as a one-month renewal email reminder. No need to action if you would like to continue with your Vevox plan. We will send you an annual invoice with payment details. If you wish to cancel your subscription, please give us a 30-day written notice.
If you have signed up for a Free plan you do not need to renew your license. If your account has been dormant for 3 months or more, Vevox reserves the right to terminate the unused account.
How do I upgrade my account?
Log in to your account, then select the 'Account' tab at the top left-hand side. Your current plan will be highlighted. Select the new relevant plan by clicking the upgrade button. You will be asked to supply your billing information and credit card details. Alternatively, contact our helpful customer success team at email@example.com.
Do you offer procurement support?
Yes, our account managers will assist the procurement process. We also have an experienced team, both commercial and technical, that will make it an easy process for your procurement department.
How to stop my monthly payment
Should you wish to stop your monthly standing order, please give us a 30-day notice by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
