Send participants directly to a meeting, survey, or Q&A Board

If you want to skip the login screen and send participants directly to a specific section of your Vevox session, you can provide a direct link. This allows participants to instantly access polling, the Q&A board, or a specific survey.

1. Direct Link to Polling

To send participants straight to the polling section of your session, share this URL format:

(Replace 123456789 with your unique 9-digit Session ID. No spaces.)

This link automatically takes participants to the session’s welcome screen, from where they can access polling as soon as the host opens the live poll.

2. Direct Link to the Q&A Board

If you want participants to go directly to the Q&A board, use this link format:

This will open the Q&A feature immediately, allowing participants to view and submit questions.

3. Direct Link to Surveys

For sessions with active surveys, use this link format to direct participants to the survey menu:

If you have multiple surveys in your session and want to link to a specific survey, follow these steps:

Go to your Vevox dashboard. 
Locate the survey you want to share. 
Click the three dots next to it and select ‘Copy direct app link’. 
Share this link with participants.

This ensures they land directly on the intended survey without additional navigation.
