Introduction to the Zoom Integration
With the new Vevox and Zoom integration there is no need to move between browsers and tabs, ensuring your virtual meetings are slick and engaging at the same time. The Zoom integration allows for a simple one browser solution with a split screen – showing the presenter on the one side and the Vevox application on the other.
Participants can take part in live polling, quizzing, surveys as well as Q&A sessions from within their Zoom meeting. All this can happen in an anonymous way ensuring honest feedback. The Vevox moderation settings allow you more control over your Q&A then the native Zoom chat functionality. This enables you to collect questions or comments and group them effectively, so you can choose how and when you provide answers.
For meeting hosts, it is the same easy way they are used to run their Vevox session – now they can use their favorite tool for their virtual meetings and webinars.
With Vevox you have instant access to your reporting data including all the poll, quiz and Q&A results captured. This data can help inform future sessions and is a useful record to reflect on your session.
This Integration is available for both Zoom Meetings as well as Zoom Webinar.
The Zoom integration uses the Zoom Meeting SDK for Web to embed a Zoom meeting in a Vevox session. As this is an SDK app the integration does not have an OAuth process, and therefore does not require any OAuth authorization (or deauthorization).
Watch this video for a quick overview of how to integrate Vevox into your Zoom meeting or follow the steps below:
Zoom Meetings: How to set up Zoom Integration as a Host
Only use Google Chrome as your browser when using the Vevox Zoom Integration.
