Always consider saving your session data first before deleting your session. If you delete a session, all the polls, surveys, Q&A or quizzes in that session will be deleted as well as the participant responses. Unfortunately, you cannot recover a session after it has been deleted.
Sessions can only be deleted by the owner of the session.
Should you wish to delete your session you can do so in the following two ways:
Deleting a session: Option 1
From the session list – select the relevant session by clicking on the 'more options' (three dots) next to the session name.
Click on 'Delete' from the drop-down menu.
A warning message will appear asking you to confirm if you want to delete the session.
Select the ‘Yes’ option. Your session and data results will now be deleted.
Deleting a session Option 2
This option can also be used to delete sessions in bulk, by clicking on all the relevant session tick boxes.
Go to the session list.
Click on the tick box next to the session you want to delete.
Choose the 'Delete' option at the top right.
A warning message will appear asking you to confirm if you want to delete the session.
Select the ‘Yes’ option. Your session will now be deleted from the session list.
