If you are a current Vevox user and want to upgrade:
Log in to your account, then select your profile icon with initials at the top right-hand side of your dashboard. Your current plan will be visible underneath your email address.
Select the 'Upgrade plan' option below your current plan, or use the upgrade button at the top of your dashboard.
Once you select the upgrade option, it will take you to the different Vevox plans. Choose the relevant option and press 'Buy now'.
A summary of your plan will appear. It is also possible to buy additional licenses from here, by clicking on the +ADD button.

If you are a first-time user and want to upgrade to a paid plan immediately:
Create a new Vevox account if you don't have one already.
Remember to verify your account by clicking on the email you receive from Vevox. The dashboard will remind you to do that with an orange banner at the top.
Go back to your dashboard and select the 'Upgrade' button from the top banner.
If you did not verify your email address first, you will get an error message like this:
Once your email & account has been verified, it will take you to the different Vevox plans. Choose the relevant option and press 'Buy now'.

Calculating your payment:
Vevox calculates your upgrade payment pro rata to your license cycle. When upgrading a credit will be deducted for the unused period of your current plan and you will only pay the pro rated price for the remainder of your subscription term. It will also indicate when your next renewal be.
In this example you purchased a Presenter plan 2 months ago and are now upgrading to a Pro plan. The pro rated amount for the remaining 10 months of the Pro plan is £422.53. You have a credit of £211.27 for the 10 months of unused Presenter plan that you have already purchased. Payment due now is £211.26. It also shows what the charge on my next renewal will be £504 the following year.
Using a coupon
If you are purchasing a Vevox plan or upgrading and have a coupon code that you would like to use,
select the 'Apply coupon' option and enter the code before you proceed to the check out. If you have any difficulties, please email us at support@vevox.com
