You can import and export polls & presentation content (like content slides, timer displays & leaderboards) between sessions, offering an easy way to reuse them without starting from scratch each time. Alternatively, you can add previously configured polls from your Question Library.
Before importing polls & presentation content the first step is to create a Vevox import file that contains the information related to a poll. This is done by exporting a poll or multiple polls that you have previously created.
To export a poll:
Select 'Presentation' from the navigation menu.
Select the checkbox of the poll(s) and presentation content to be exported.
When one or more polls has been selected a series of options appear at the top of the presentation list.
Select 'Export'.
Exporting polls will download a file to your default download folder. Your file will now have a Zip folder with your data.
This file contains all the information related to the polls & presentation content you exported. It can be shared with others or stored on your computer to be imported into any other Vevox session.
You can select multiple polls & presentation content to export at once. When selecting multiple polls they will all be stored in the same file when downloaded. To store polls separately in multiple different files they must be exported separately.
