If you want to duplicate a poll, follow these steps:
From your dashboard, click on the three dots at the bottom of the poll that you would like to duplicate. From the drop-down menu select ‘Duplicate’. The duplicated poll will now appear at the end of your polls.
When you duplicate a multichoice poll without assigned correct answers, a message will appear suggesting that it can be used for a before-and-after comparison.
Reuse a previously set up poll from another session
From the Question Library, quickly search, find, and add previously created questions even if it was from a different session. The question library is also where you can retrieve deleted polls.
This convenient question bank feature, available to all Vevox users, is applicable only to polls created on or after March 25, 2024. Any polls created before this date will need to be recreated from scratch. Alternatively, for polls created earlier, you can export them from another session and import them into your current session.
Note that any polls added using the import feature will not be visible in the Previous Question library. This Question Library with the 'My Previous Questions' section specifically stores your personally created questions. If you wish to incorporate your colleagues' questions, they can export and share them with you.
If you edit a previously used poll, that was set up or used before March 25, 2024, the edited poll will also appear in the question library.
To reuse a previously set up poll follow these steps:
In the Presentation section of your dashboard, select the '+Add Content' button. Choose 'Question Library' from the content selection modal. It will open the 'My previous questions' section. Enter your keywords in your question title to get to the relevant poll quickly. A list with previously created questions will appear. Click on the tickbox next to the poll you would like to add. Then press 'Add Question' to add it to the bottom of your presentation list. Move down the ‘Previous questions’ list and repeat the process to add more previously created polls.
Or if you want to add a large number of polls from the same session, rather reuse the session.
If you have not previously set up or edited any polls on or after 25 Mar 2024, no polls will be listed in the Previous Questions Library.
