1. If you are a new customer:
We want delighted customers only… but you can have a full refund up to 30 days after purchase if you decide that Vevox is not for you, and it has not been used for any sessions with more than 3 participants.
The cancellation of the subscription will be immediate and a full refund will be issued to you straight away back into your credit card account.
Please provide us with a reason for cancelation.
To cancel our subscription:
Click on your account icon (top right) from within the dashboard.
Select 'Billing details' from the dropdown menu.
Click on your plan name and when the new pop-up appears, click on 'Cancel subscription'.
Scroll down to share your reason for canceling and fill in the feedback.
Accept the terms & conditions and click the 'Cancel my account' button.
You will be asked to confirm this by typing in the word 'Confirm'. And then click 'Proceed with cancellation'.
When you click on your account details again - you plan would have changed back to a FREE plan. (If you do not see it immediately, refresh the page.)
You will receive an email confirming your refund as well as a credit note.
2. If you are a current customer:
We’ll be sad to see you go! We would appreciate any feedback from your experience with Vevox and hope you would consider working again with us in the future if the need arises.
How you cancel your subscription depends on how you purchased your Vevox plan.
If you have purchase your Vevox plan online:
Click on your account icon (top right) from within the dashboard.
Select 'Billing details' from the dropdown menu.
Click on your plan name and when the new pop-up appears, click on 'Cancel subscription'.
Scroll down to share your reason for canceling and fill in the feedback.
Accept the terms & conditions and click the 'Cancel my account' button.
You will be asked to confirm this by typing in the word 'Confirm'. And then click 'Proceed with cancellation'.
When you go back into your Vevox dashboard, a message will appear at the top confirming when your subscription will be canceled. When you click on your account details again - your plan will have reverted back to a FREE plan. (If you do not see it immediately, refresh the page.)
You will also receive an email confirming your account cancelation.
If you have purchased your plan via a Vevox agent and receive an annual invoice in your email inbox:
To process your cancellation, please give us at least a 30-day notice before your renewal date by filling in this form.
3. Downgrading your account
Unfortunately, it is not possible to downgrade during your contract term. But be sure to email us in advance (before the renewal date )to confirm the change of license type at support@vevox.com.
