We want delighted customers only… but if Vevox is not what you expected or hoped for, you can notify us within 30 days of purchase for a FULL refund by filling in this form, and adding a note in the description to request a refund.
If you are a current customer:
We’ll be sad to see you go! We would really appreciate any feedback from your experience with Vevox, and hope you would consider working again with us in the future if the need arises. In order for us to process your cancellation please give us at least a 30-day notice in advance of your renewal date by filling in this form.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to downgrade during your contract term. But be sure to email us in advance (before the renewal date )to confirm the change of license type at firstname.lastname@example.org.
